Welcome to your last chance.
Change or Die is not your typical reality series—it’s raw, real, and relentlessly inspiring. This 12-week transformation docuseries drops a group of five struggling individuals into a shared home in Atlanta, where they’ll be pushed to the edge physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Led by WWE Hall of Famer and DDPY creator Diamond Dallas Page, each episode peels back the layers of pain, frustration, and defeat to reveal what it truly takes to take your life back. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just sweat, truth, and the will to survive.
They’ve hit rock bottom. Now, they must choose:
Change...or Die.

A reality docuseries that shows what it really takes to transform your life. Individuals in desperate need of positive change, physically and mentally, work to prove they’re ready to own their lives for good. They’ve reached a point where they have nowhere else to turn and are looking for a last chance at a better life.

MEET DDP
At 68, Diamond Dallas Page is the modern-day Jake LaLanne meets Tony Robbins, able to do things most 30-year-olds can’t. He’s also the heart of this show. Not because of his celebrity or millions of fans but because he’s as real as it gets. His life revolves around fitness, nutrition, and mindset. That’s why he created Change or Die–to inspire people to transform their lives physically and mentally.
